Universal Preschool is a partnership between Midland County ESA, Coleman Community Schools, NEMCSA Head Start, and Railway Family Center.

A FREE Preschool program for families:

• With children ages three to five years old that qualify
• With children that have special needs and/or disabilities

Sessions:  Monday - Thursday

• AM Session:  8:20 - 11:45 AM
• PM Session:  11:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Bussing is available based on need.

To register your child, please call the Midland County Preschool Partnership at 1-866-914-3700 and they will mail you an intake form to fill out and mail back.  Please do this as soon as possible.
