Universal Preschool is a partnership between Midland County ESA, Coleman Community Schools, NEMCSA Head Start, and Railway Family Center.

We offer a FREE Preschool program for four-year-olds.

We offer a tuition Preschool program for three-year-olds.  Scholarship assistance is available for those who qualify.

To register your child, please call the Midland County Preschool Partnership at 1-866-914-3700 and they will mail you an intake form to fill out and mail back.  Please do this as soon as possible.

• Days: Monday - Thursday
• Times: 8:20 - 11:50 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
