With Robin Stremlow
Stretch and strengthen your muscles and mind using static sequences and breath-based flows. Monday classes will tone muscles and increase energy, and Wednesday classes will promote flexibility and reduce stress through passive, gentle movements. Each session is appropriate for beginners to advanced students.

Notes: Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach so try not to eat much for about two hours before class. Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing, and bring a water bottle and mat if you have one (if not, mats will be available free of charge). Robin is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, specializing in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra. She completed training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, with Rishikul Yogshala, a Yoga Alliance-accredited yoga school created by dev-otees of Master Swami Rama, founder of the Himalayan Institute. In addition to several styles of yoga, Robin has also studied yoga therapy, philosophy, pra-nayama (breath control), meditation, shat kriya (cleansing), and anatomy un-der yoga Master Bipin Baloni and a 4-person team of dedicated, experienced teachers. She is excited to bring the skills learned in India back to mid-Michigan, her home community. It is her intention to share ancient methods for holistic wellness with the people who raised her, starting with one body and one soul at a time.
