This bootcamp style workout class is a high intensity calorie burning fitness class designed to challange your mind and body!!!
Monday After school/work hour of fitness
This class will focus on total body fitness using a variety of different exercises.
FEB 28th - April 18th
Ages: 3-12 5:00pm-6:00pm
This class is suitable for beginners and will cover the fundamentals of classical ballet techniques. This class is a more formal setting that will give students the discipline to mature as dancers.
FEB 28th-April 18th (no class on April 4th,Spring break)
This will be an hour long class for men, women, and children, ages 7+, designed to teach the fundamentals of ITF Tae Kwon Do while working on balance, strength, flexibility, discipline, and focus.
Learn the basics of Middle Eastern dance and information on the many styles of Belly Dance available. Enjoy a fun low impact workout as you learn to belly dance. Belly dancing is fun for people of all ages and body types. We will learn posturing, basic arm and hip movements, and some basic combinations. Movements provided in this class can be applied to most belly dance styles. No Prior experience necessary.
FEB 25th-April 15th (no class on April 1st,Spring break)
This combo class is designed to give you a great workout using a variety of styles.
FEB 26th-April 16th (no class on April 2nd,Spring break)
Are you ready to get into shape? If so, this is the class for you! Enjoy a circuit class that focuses on a verity of exercises and also included spinning bikes.
FEB 28th-April 18th (No class on April 4th, Spring Break)
This step aerobics class consists of choreographed step patterns. You’ll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories.
