 Fitness Class Schedule


All tumbling classes involve fun activities, building strength, flexibility, building self-confidence and respect for others. 

Classes will begin the week of September 15th

Tumbling Level 1 –Limited to the first 8 kids paid & registered                                                                                                                               Cost: $30  Up to 6 years old

Tuesday 5:15pm-6:00pm

Tumbling Level 2-Limited to first 12 kids paid & registered

Cost: $30       6 to 12 years old


5th-6th Grade Volleyball League

Games will be played on Saturdays at the Railway Family Center.  Cost will be $30/player.  Team fee will include 5-6 weeks of volleyball, tournament and team t-shirts.  League games will start September 20th.   If anyone is interested in playing please contact Mike Baker. 


Flag Football League-Boys & Girls

Day & Time to be determined after registration.

Volunteer Coaches Needed!!! Reduced fee for child if you coach.

Cost: $35.00 if registered by Sept. 12th. Fee includes team t-shirt.

Tentative age divisions (depending on number registered):  Pre-school-1st; 2nd & 3rd; 4th & 5th.

Jump, kick, and scream for your favorite team.  The cheerleaders will practice the basic cheers once a week along with cheering at the Friday Night “Under the Lights” flag football game!

Preschool-5th Grade  Cost:  $25 (T-Shirt Included) 

 Adult Fitness Classes- Start the week of September 15th-Yoga is currently in session and will continue the week of September 15th

With Robin Stremlow
Stretch and strengthen your muscles and mind using static sequences and breath-based flows. Monday classes will tone muscles and increase energy, and Wednesday classes will promote flexibility and reduce stress through passive, gentle movements. Each session is appropriate for beginners to advanced students.
When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30-7:00
Where: Railway Family Center, Coleman, MI
How much: $7/session or buy 8 sessions for $45. Savings of $11. Try 1 session for FREE!!!
Notes: Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach so try not to eat much for about two hours before class. Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing, and bring a water bottle and mat if you have one (if not, mats will be available free of charge). Robin is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, specializing in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra. She completed training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, with Rishikul Yogshala, a Yoga Alliance-accredited yoga school created by dev-otees of Master Swami Rama, founder of the Himalayan Institute. In addition to several styles of yoga, Robin has also studied yoga therapy, philosophy, pra-nayama (breath control), meditation, shat kriya (cleansing), and anatomy un-der yoga Master Bipin Baloni and a 4-person team of dedicated, experienced teachers. She is excited to bring the skills learned in India back to mid-Michigan, her home community. It is her intention to share ancient methods for holistic wellness with the people who raised her, starting with one body and one soul at a time. Tuesdays: ZUMBA with Tricia Samsel-6:30PM
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Beginners to advanced welcome.
Thursdays: Total Body Fitness with Laurie Bell 6:30PM
Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using body weight, dumbells, exercise balls and kick boxing.  Beginners to advanced welcome.
Belly Dancing with Brandy Boyle at 6:45PM
Belly dancing basics will be covered.  This class is a fun atmosphere and a great workout.  Beginners to advanced dancers welcomed.
Fridays: Weigh in day with Mike Baker



We have Punch Cards available for $50 for 11 passes for a fitness class or weight room entry.

$25 if your a gym member.
